When you create an account on our Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts in our sole discretion.

By creating an Account on our Site, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer or account. You may not share your account, username, or password with any other party or use the account, username, or password of any other party. You will be solely responsible for all activities undertaken and all obligations made by you or through your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

To the extent that the Site allows you to link your account to any social networking or other online accounts, you may only link your own accounts. By linking your other accounts, you expressly authorize us to access your account information from those third party accounts, on your behalf as your agent, and permit us to access, use and, in some cases, store your account information.


By placing an order with us for any product or service made available through the Site, you represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use the payment method provided, (ii) you are of legal age and capacity to form a binding contract, and (iii) all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true, accurate, and complete.

You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to any order you place through the Site including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. We may use third party services to process your payment or fulfill your order. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you. We further reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

All features, specifications, products, prices, discounts, promotions, and offers described on our Site are subject to change at any time, without notice. We have made every effort to accurately display our products, but images on the Site may not exactly match the actual product. All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We will add applicable sales taxes and shipping fees as necessary. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Unconditional Guarantee

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase directly from tonnerdoll.com or wildeimagination.com. If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30-days of purchase for replacement, credit or refund of 100% of the total purchase price of the items including tax (shipping and handling fees not included). Please include a copy of your invoice. The item must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage in original undamaged packaging with all accessories to be eligible for return. Please allow a minimum of 7-9 business days for your return to be processed. As always, any item purchased from us that is defective will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the consumer (including shipping if we agree it’s defective) provided it is returned with sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns C.O.D. Please call our Customer Service center at: 800-794-2107 (International calls: 845-339-9537) for a Return Authorization # prior to returning the product.

The Tonner, Effanbee and Wilde Imagination brand names are registered trademarks of Tonner Doll Company, Inc. The Site and the Tonner Content are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Tonner Content and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded Tonner Content is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any of the Tonner Content or the Site.

Any third-party content, products, or services posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Site are the sole responsibility of the third-party originator. If you choose to access any third-party content, you do so at your own risk. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ACCESSING A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.

Repairs and Replacements

We want you to always enjoy Tonner products but, occasionally, something doesn’t go quite right. If you have a Tonner item that needs repair or a replacement part, we will do our best to help! Just call Customer Service: 800-794-2107

Please note that we retain limited quantities of replacement items for up to two years from the date a product is received in our warehouse and therefore cannot guarantee availability of any replacement part. We will most likely not be able to replace items for more than two years after that time.

Sales Tax

Please note that State Sales Tax will be charged if you live in, or are shipping to the following States:

Sales tax is automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout.


Domestic USA Shipping and Handling Rates

Please allow two business days for your order to be processed. We ship most packages via UPS ground so you are assured of fast, reliable service. Shipping rates are based on package weight and UPS real-time rates, plus a small handling fee. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping and handling fee at checkout. Depending upon your location, you should receive your purchase within 3 to 7 business days. International Shipping and Handling Rates

Order Delivery is now available to most international locations outside of the United States. International shipments will be delivered using the U.S. Postal Service's International Priority Mail service. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct USPS International Priority Mail shipping and handling charge for you, based on your order weight and the destination country for your shipment. Please note that any additional customs or duty fees encountered are the responsibility of the customer. Important Shipping Notice

We offer two shipping carriers on tonnerdoll.com and wildeimagination.com, UPS and USPS. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes and imposes a penalty fee for shipments that need to be redirected. There is a notice on the shipping choice page of our checkout advising that post office boxes are not an option for UPS choices. If a customer chooses UPS as their shipping option and causes the system to send to a PO box, a fee of $15.00 will be charged to the customer. PayPal shipping information overrides the shipping information in our system, please be certain to include a physical address in your PayPal information if you select UPS as your shipping method.



Tonner Doll Company, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that: a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If you reside in one of these states or jurisdictions, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

In no event shall Tonner Doll Company, Inc., nor its employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use ,or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
