Successfully dominating the fashion world has
always been Tyler Wentworth’s forte; in all of Tyler’s years, she has always
avoided stress…until stress came looking for her. Learning of all the new and
exciting happenings at the House of Wentworth™, Regina Wentworth™ expressed the
desire to be in the limelight once again. Tyler felt mixed emotions over the
news of her aunt’s potential return; primarily because she remembered what it
had been like to work as an intern for Aunt Regina. As if the shocking new
homecoming announcement weren’t enough, Tyler also experienced utter
astonishment when she learned that former Design School chum, Jeremy Voss, has
distanced himself from Tyler, and he has lured away one of her exclusive top
models, Kit. In fact, not only has Kit begun a changed life as the hot, fresh
face for VOSS INTL, but she also has become one of Manhattan’s latest singles by
breaking away from The Chase Family in its entirety.
Tonner Doll Company is pleased to present the Tyler Wentworth® Collection. Tyler Wentworth® is a 16-inch, vinyl/hard plastic doll with rooted saran hair, hand-detailed painted eyes and an extensive, stylish wardrobe. She is accompanied by her friends, Sydney, Esmé, and Angelina; and the ladies of the Chase Modeling Agency™: Jac, Kit, and Charlotte. Joining Tyler & Friends in 2007, is World News Anchor and friend, Layne Reese (Layne uses the Memoirs of a Geisha ‘Mameha’ sculpt).
With the exception of the Convertible Basic™ dolls, 2007 Tyler Wentworth® fine dolls are available in a BW Style (Articulated Body - Bending Wrist); and a BA Style (Standard Jointing - Bending Arms). Standard BA jointed dolls feature a fully rotational neck joint, rotational shoulder joint, and jointing at the elbows, hips and knees. The BW Style adds to the BA style doll, a swivel waist, rotational hip joint that allows for leg crossing, side-to-side drop-shoulder movement; bending wrists and increased elbow movement. Convertible Basic™ dolls include all articulation points of the BW body, and they add two pairs of interchangeable feet, one with a jointed ankle and flat foot, the other with an arched high-heel foot.
Basic Black Fashion Dolls Introducing NEW Tyler Wentworth® Convertible Basics™ fashion dolls with detachable, swiveling feet! Appearing as an introduction on the Basic Black Series ONLY, this feature may appear on other dolls later in the year. Each basic doll will include two sets of interchangeable feet, one with a jointed ankle and flat foot, the other with an arched high-heel foot. The doll will also include two sets of shoes: one injection-molded high-heel pair, and one flat sandal pair. This foot does not have the separated toe seen on the Memoirs of a Geisha or the 2006 Central Park Sydney flat foot. Each Basic Black dolls also includes swimsuit, sunglasses and a display stand.
