Basic Esmé - 2000
Open Edition
Original Selling Price: $79.99

(Raven hair, brown eyes; original arms)

In a rare relaxed moment, Tyler went into a bookstore to browse. After making her selections, she noticed an incredibly beautiful young woman working behind the counter. Tyler introduced herself to the young woman and found out her name was Esmé. She was a pre-med student who was at first very skeptical about Tyler's suggestion that she model in the upcoming fashion show. Although she had been approached to model before, she never took it seriously. But having heard of Tyler and the House of Wentworth, she thought she would give it a try. After a lengthy conversation with the Chase Modeling Agency, Esmé was booked for her first show -The Tyler Wentworth Collection.

Note:  Doll is shown with black hose, but she shipped with tan hose instead.

Cover Girl Esmé - 2000
Dressed Doll LE 2,000
Original Selling Price: $149.99

(Raven hair, brown eyes; original arms)

For her first cover shoot for Tres Chic Magazine, Esme was delighted to discover that the gown she would be wearing was a Tyler Wentworth original" The jewel neckline of the peach and gold lace dress was perfect to show off Esme's lovely long neck and classic bone structure. The dress is lined in a sheer sparkle net and peach chiffon. The sash on the dress ties in back to make a luxurious train of the chiffon. Esme's cover was definitely Tres Chic!

Boston Bound - 2001
Dressed Doll LE 3,000
Original Selling Price: $99.99

(Raven hair, brown eyes; bending arms)

Esmé hit the runway as the first model of Tyler Wentworth's 2001 Sportswear runway show. Tailored themes of Bostonian student vests and an updated contemporary version of the classic corduroy skirt brought warmth to the ensemble over a winter-white bodysuit and cream tights. Wrap all this up with a coral diamond-quilted coat with big pockets and the casual takes on a dressy appearance for the season. Ankle boats and a printed scarf provide the final notes to this jazzy composition. The outfit was such a natural for Esmé that it's no surprise she was recently seen wearing the same outfit while visiting friends in Boston.

Opera Gala Esmé - Special Edition

LE 30

Happily Ever After Exclusive; 2001

(brown eyes with hand-detail/red lips by Robert Tonner, original arms, jet-black hair)

Variation: Esmé dressed in Opera Gala - Manhattan's high society is abuzz at the opening night of the new Opera Season, as is Esmé as she takes her seat minutes before the curtain rises in her Tyler Wentworth® original. Afterwards, she descends the grand staircase in her red and black silk jacquard gown with matching cropped jacket. Esmé loves the elegance of its black fur trim and glittering jet buttons. Tyler designed the ensemble with black jet jewelry, black elbow length gloves, and opera glasses in a matching silk pouch to complete the ensemble. If Esmé's appearance is any indication, the new season is off to a brilliant start!

Wild Orchid Esmé
DRESSED DOLL
TW 2201
LE 2000
$124.99

(Jet-black hair, curly hair; brown eyes; original arms)

This would be the gown they all discussed at the end of the collection premiere.  This came a little surprise because it received a standing ovation, and because Esmé chose it as her entrance gown for the Grand Launch Ball of the Cosmetics Campaign.  On the runway, Esmé glided in the currant berry and black burnout velvet of soft South-American visions and dark orchids that were found in the deepest niches of the rainforest.  But Tyler Wentworth® mastery of fit was what made the gown cling to Esmé's stride, and hold the flashes of the cameras along the runway. Hand-beaded accents at the bodice harmonized with spiral earrings and matching make-up to capture 7th Avenue on Esmé’s final accentuated flip of the train.

$124.99

(Esmé sculpt, blended red hair, forward-glancing hazel green eyes)

Tyler Wentworth® loves draping luxurious fabric to create some of the most extraordinary gowns in the world.  For her runway masterpiece, Tyler chose a shimmering custom gold lace shot with sparks of silver over silk chiffon with metallic threads.  The lace was presented to her by her Italian mills and it was described to Tyler as ‘luce bella’, or ‘beautiful light’.  The combination was so rapturous, that Esmé selected the gown to wear at the International Couture Arts Museum’s Annual Great Women in Fashion Gala, accompanied by beau, Russell Williams.
