Hey all! Hope you’re fully recovered from all the convention fun!
We’ve recently noticed that, though you all are loyally reading our blog posts, there are actually only have a few subscribers to our blog. Ahem! Yeah. Uh, ….we’d like to have more than just a few.
Perhaps you simply have the link to our blog bookmarked, and you follow that way. That’s awesome, and thanks! We would like to, however, encourage you to actually subscribe to our blog. You see, there are added benefits to actually subscribing, versus just stopping by and taking a gander. As a subscriber, you get notified when a new blog post is made, which would make you among the first to know about our Tonner Tidbits here on the Tonner Blog!
Onto the good stuff: We’re holding a contest! We have set a goal of gaining 100 more subscribers by June 15th. That’s two weeks from now. So, here’s what we’re going to do: The first 100 new subscribers to our blog will be entered in a random drawing to win a brand NEW 2011 Convention Exclusive Marvel® Captain America™ TCF™! All you have to do to enter is to actually subscribe to our blog! This can be done by clicking the ‘follow’ button up top, AND you can add your email in the field on the right hand side.
So, friends, go ahead and subscribe! We think it would certainly be worth your while… 
Tell your family, your friends,… heck, shout it from the rooftops! And remember, you only have until June 15th to do so, and the winner will be announced the following day! Good luck to you all!

Actually looks like by commenting – it subscribes. The Follow didn’t work for me, because that’s how I added it to my home page the other day. But the notify of new posts below the comment did.

Thanks so much for pointing this out, we didn’t realize that either! On my interface it shows the ‘subscribe’ button, but for others it seems to say ‘follow’. The Captain America goods great. Will there be a modern version later? Does he gavea set of regular hands in case we want to dress him as Steve Rogers?

We’re delighted to hear you like our version of Cap. There may indeed be a modern version of Captain American later on down the line, but we don’t think that will happen this year. There are other Marvel heroes currently in the works, though! Regarding Cap’s hands, they are not able to be swapped out with another set of hands, as the hands and lower arm are actually constructed of hard plastic, and so you shouldn’t attempt to take them off, because you wouldn’t be able to get them back on. Blogging is relatively new for us too, and we didn’t realize there was a difference between post views and subscriptions, so we thought, maybe others don’t realize that, too…hence the blog post. We’re delighted to have you aboard, and thanks very much for the support!
All we can say about the new superheros is that we are in the earliest stages of pre-production for those items, so there’s not much to tell yet. Rest assured, we can’t wait to elaborate upon this exciting revelation, and when the time comes, as a Blog subscriber, you’ll be among the first to know!
