Hey there Tonner Lovers! Oh, such a busy morning already, SO much to tell you about. Got up bright and early to catch the shenanigans for the Grand Opening of the Tonner/Wilde Super Special Sales Room. There was quite a line-up outside the door, and some had been parked there since the wee morning hours. Hey, location is EVERYTHING when it comes to this stuff! People were just chomping at the bit to get inside and see what great deals were awaiting them.
Soon enough the time came and the doors opened. And in they went. A great hush came over the room as the collectors inspected the inventory, and began to load up their arms and bags and husbands and kids. Team Tonner was in a cheerful frenzy, making sure everyone was tended to, as dolls were chosen and sold and bags were packed. Who needs coffee with this kind of excitement??
Soon after the Sales Room kick-off, I headed over the competition room to catch the judges in action, as they were hard at work making the tough choices. There are so many amazing entries this year, it’s unbelievable! Such talent we have among us. We bow to you, oh Artists of Dolls!
