Can
Antoinette share clothes with Tyler and friends? There may be some things
of Tyler’s that Antoinette can wear (although it won’t be a perfect fit).
Antoinette’s clothes will not fit Tyler.
Can
Antoinette and Tyler share shoes? Antoinette’s arch of her foot is higher
than Tyler’s and her foot is bigger.
Can I put
Tyler’s head on Antoinette’s body? No—they have different neck sizes.
Why
doesn’t Antoinette swivel at the waist like Tyler? We wanted to keep the
line of the torso anatomy intact, and I think you’ll find that she doesn’t need
a swivel waist.
How do
Antoinette’s skin tones compare to my other Tonner fashion dolls? While not
exact, “Spice” is most like the skin tone we used for Dreamgirls; Honey
is most like Jac’s skin tone; Cameo is about 20% lighter than Tyler’s current
skin tone, and Bloom is closest to Tyler’s current tone.
Will there
be other skin tones added at a later date? Absolutely.
Will there
be different face sculpts added down the road? Definitely!
When will
the Antoinette collection begin shipping? You can expect to see the
Mannequins and Basics by mid-summer and the rest of the collection will ship
through the rest of the summer into the fall. These are estimates and are still
subject to change.
Did you make revisions to the production doll?
I did something different with the introduction Antoinette - Amusing - I did a
test run of 200 dolls to see what she felt like...as a result, I did make some
technical revisions to the molds.
